This program will be an informative discussion of Health Care Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. Who should execute a Health Care Power of Attorney and who should be the holder of the power will be included as well as what the Health Care Power of Attorney enables the holder to do for the person granting the HCPOA. In regards to Living Wills (the document that says “turn off the life support”), the program will discuss its effect and if it can be revoked. The program will also outline basic end of life activity relative to one’s estate and taxes.
