Dr. Ken Harmon is a business professor, executive coach, and motivational speaker.  Much of his work, especially his executive coaching and speaking, is structured around the research on happiness, which he uses to provide practical advice for improving our everyday lives and dramatically enhancing workplace culture.  He has delivered more than 115 keynote and motivational talks in seven countries on the subjects of happiness, leadership, and culture.  He has worked directly with various individuals and organizations, such as CEO’s, first responders, engineers, financial planners, politicians, fundraisers, academic leaders, and charities.

Harmon is a business professor at Kennesaw State University, where he previously served as Director of the School of Accountancy, Dean of the Coles College of Business, and Provost and Interim President of the university.   In his career, he has been on the faculty at seven business schools across the U.S.  He was an auditor with a large multinational CPA firm, was president of his own software company, has served as a consultant to numerous companies and universities domestically and internationally, and has been an editor and author of numerous publications.

Ken resides in the greater Atlanta area, is active in the community, and serves on numerous boards.  He has three daughters and enjoys riding motorcycles (especially his Harley), writing music, playing guitar, saltwater fishing, flying, and playing golf.
